Hilton Long Island/Huntington

Shuttle bus was an excellent service...worked well to LIRR Farmington. Liked the rental car feature....very helpful Breakfast staff was great! Responsive front desk! Inside pool was good.

The hotel was in a very good location and the staff plus the accommodations were excellent. The room I used for 5 days was cleaned everyday and was spotless. Bk of America was right across the street and it is close to the Huntington shopping mall plus Walmart, Dicks sport store and other stores all along Route 110 in Melville, NY. I was told by the taxi driver I used that the Chinese/Indian restaurant located at the hotel is very good. I did not have breakfast at the hotel since I met friends outside for breakfast, at the local Panera restaurant.

The pool was great for the kids. Love that it was open late

it was a good location, nice lobby with view of the pool which was aesthetically pleasing even though we didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool.

My experience was much improved over last year's visit. At that time the pool was closed, I was told my refrigerator (when I complained wasn't very cold) was actually a "cooler", not a fridge. (complete nonsense!) I also had issues getting my room serviced last year and a lack of hot shower water. This year the shower was great, I got extra towels when I requested them, and extra coffee makings, also. They also did a stay-over freshening of my room when I requested it. They no longer service the rooms daily.
